The logo needed to have individuality, elegance, and edginess. Zine/do-it-yourself culture inspired the logo and branding. At a small size, this logo loses the thin lines, allowing the shapes to stand out on their own.
The brandmark took the “D” to create the face of a discerning, curious creature. The brandmark can stand alone or be used alongside our wordmark.

Zine
Zine-inspired, the Instagram grid started off as a teaser for the brand and its Kickstarter launch. The first set of subscriptions was launched with a zine that highlighted issues of sustainability and women’s health.
As the grid progressed, we wanted to emphasize the product and the brand’s mission. Using different fonts, collages for products to sit on, and cut-out images, we were able to keep the zine-like vibe but focus more on the clothing.
