I deliver features and the core experiences for the in-vehicle delivery UX platform. The platform is used while the drivers navigate to a delivery point and also aids package seek. My goal is to keep drivers safe while helping them feel productive and efficient at work.

In addition to building on current experiences, I help dream up new features and technology that can help drivers stay safe, stress-free, and focused on the task at hand.

I worked on the customer-facing side of Amazon, helping reimagine how customers might switch from delivery to pick-up at any stage of their shopping experience. The goal was to upsell pickup and allow customers to compare delivery and pickup with ease.
